Scan the Passport
Customer or mine maintenance scans the QR code attached to the equipment.
A RYONX Equipment Passport stays with the physical asset. When a customer needs inspection, repair or service, they scan the Passport and send the asset identity, issue details and photos directly to the responsible dealer.
RYONX helps service teams receive structured asset issues and maintain repair records. Offline field reports can be captured when the app is prepared in advance and synchronized after reconnection. Host-machine operating hours can be recorded; authorized telematics integrations are in development.

The stainless-steel RYONX Equipment Passport is permanently attached to the attachment. A mechanic, operator or maintenance team member does not need to search for paperwork or the correct service contact. They scan the asset itself.

Send the issue, affected area, photos, hours and contact information.
The responsible service team receives a structured request tied to that asset.
RYONX organizes the field information, routes the request and keeps the service outcome connected to the same physical attachment.
